Weekend Pool Rentals

Renting the Soledad swimming pool is a great opportunity to have your special event! Birthday parties, family gatherings, and more! Reservations are only done in person at the Soledad pool office.

All Rentals must be booked and paid in full a minimum of two weeks prior to rental date. Book soon to reserve your date!

Fee's and Discounts:

Public Base Package

  • 3 Hour Party - $450. 3 hours base package includes:
    • 15 minutes prior to start time to setup
    • 1-30 people
    • $150 Non-Refundable Deposit

Available Add-Ons

  • Extra 20 people - $75
  • Extra 40 people - $150
  • Extra 60 people $225
  • Speaker System - $50
  • Tables with seating for 24 - $50
  • Outside food vendor fee - $25
  • 30 extra minutes for set up (Patio only) - $50

  • Saturday Rentals begin at 4pm
  • Sunday rentals
    • 11am–2pm
    • 3pm–6pm

Important Rules to state: 

  • Children under 48 inches tall may either swim the small wading pool or they may always swim with an adult (over 18years old) in the water with them and within arm’s reach of them in the large pool. This is for their safety. 
  • Floatation devices cannot be used in replacement of adult supervision.
  • Renters may only bring new and unopened floatation devices or water toys. Used or previously opened items are not allowed because water illness and black algae can be carried on water toys used in open water areas,
  • Floatation devices are not allowed in the deep end of the pool. Unless for a specific activity cleared with the shift supervisor. (I.E. The entire party is participating in a relay race for 5 minutes and everyone has passed the swim test)
  • Food is only allowed in patio and lobby areas. Should extreme wind or rain occur, renters are able to move food items into our lobby areas.
  • Open flames are not allowed during rentals. Propane or gas-powered grills are allowed for your rental.

Summer Pool Rentals are available on Saturday and Sunday beginning at 4 PM and are reserved only by the full hour, with a minimum rental of two (2) hours. Call us at 831-678-3745 to find out our availability.

Rental FAQs:

Can we bring our own food/BBQ/taquero? 

Please do! All food is required to be on the patio or in the lobby areas. No food allowed on the pool deck. No open rentals.

When can I come in to set up? 

Your access to the facility opens when your rental time begins. Occasionally, due to scheduling staff may be able to allow renters into the patio area 15 minutes prior to rental time for set up. Please plan accordingly.

Can we have alcohol at our party? 

The Soledad Pool is an alcohol and tobacco free facility.

Do parents have to get in with their children? 

If the children are under 48 inches tall, parents must get into the water with their children, or supervise them as they play in the wading pool. Children requiring diapers must wear swim diapers. All swimmers must wear swim suits no exceptions will be made. We always encourage renters to include this information in their invitiations.
