Notice of Vacancy- County Appointment

Interested persons are hereby noticed that pursuant to Government Code §1780 there is a vacancy on the
Soledad-Mission Recreation District Board of Directors.

The Soledad-Mission Recreation District board has a mid-term vacancy as of March 18, 2025.  Appointments to this seat will be made as soon as possible.  The term for this seat expires on January 31, 2027. 

Eligible candidates must live within the boundaries of the Soledad-Mission Recreation District or in general terms within the 93960 zip code. Eligible candidates must be able to read and communicate in English as District Administration and Board meetings are conducted primarily in English, additional accomodations may be available. 

We are seeking board members who are committed to improving our community and enhancing wholesome, positive recreation within our District.
