Aikido is a Japanese martial art. Which focuses on harmonizing oneself, through movement of the body. We achieve this by weapons training, empty hand training , falling and rolling techniques. Self defense is included. Classes Saturdays 1:00pm - 2:30pm
Beginner and intermediate levels welcome. Students meet in a new facility located conveniently at 751 Front Street, the LUM building.

Sensei Bugarin has been studying Chow Hoon Goshin Jitsu for 20 years. He has earned the rank of 4th-degree black belt and the title of “Guru” in Tenio Decuerdas Eskrima. He teaches both martial arts classes and is excited to welcome you into his classroom.
